Prices on our latest list of the Top 10 bargain-priced premium cigars are the regular prices available at several online retailers, and are often lower than the MSRP but are not temporary sale prices. Prices listed are current as of January 2026, but are subject to change (so links to specific retailers are not provided). Also, the links to pages with cigar reviews may not reflect current prices, and should be referenced only for our opinions about the cigars. All cigars on our below list range from 5 to 7 inches in length and have ring gauges ranging from 43 to 60. For more info about prices on premium cigars, check out an interesting prelude to this article at: CigarCzars.Substack.com.
- Vallejuelo Robusto (5 x 50) $4 average price per cigar when purchased in a box of 20. This is the top cigar on our list for a reason, it's better than many cigars costing $10 to $20. Read All About Them Here.
- Koks y Rojas Robusto (5 x 54) $4.40 average price when purchased in a bundle of 20. Made by Intercigar in the Dominican Republic. Read Review for More.
- Chillin Moose $4.75 per stick (or less) average price for any of the four sizes when purchased in 5-packs. Read Review for More.
- Shady Moose $4.35 to $4.80 per stick average price for the Robusto (5.5 x 50), Toro (6 x 52) or Gordo (6 x 60) sizes when purchased in 5-packs. Read Review for More.
- Alec Bradley Cazadores $4.40 to $4.99 per cigar average price for all sizes (except the Gordo) from Robusto (5 x 50) to Churchill (7 x 50) when purchased in 5-packs. They are made in Honduras with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and a blend of Nicaraguan fillers.
- Brick House Fumas Corona (5.5 x 43) $3 average price when purchased in bundles of 20, and all larger sizes are less than $4. These are mixed filler cigars made with the same tobaccos as the long-filler versions. I bought a bundle last year and enjoyed them quite a bit. However, to prevent some pieces of short filler tobaccos from getting in my mouth, I cut the cigar with a Shuriken cigar cutter that keeps the cap intact, as opposed to a straight cut.
- Drew Estate Factory Smokes $1.70 to $2.20 average unit price for all sizes in bundles of 25. Read Review for More.
- Odyssey Toro (6 x 50) $2 or less per stick average when purchased in a bundle of 20. Available in several different varieties, including a mild Connecticut version. For more info, read the General Cigar Press Release.
- Arturo Fuente Curly Head Lonsdale (6.5 x 43) $3.20 average unit price when purchased in a box of 40. The price for a single stick is $3.79 at Total Wine. Not banded but more enjoyable than the banded Deluxe version, at least in my opinion. One of my favorite premium cigars when I moved up to premium cigars from machine made stogies some 30 years ago. Cameroon wrapper and Dominican mixed fillers. Mild-to-Medium.
- Flor de Oliva Gold $4.80 for any size when purchased in a bundle of 20. This was one of my preferred cigars about 20 years ago. For comparison, also try the regular Flor de Oliva Toro (6 x 50) for $4.40 per stick when purchased in a 5-pack.
Bonus Picks:
Privada Herf Grenade Toro (6 x 54) $3 average price when purchased in bundles of 25.
Read Review for More (Note: Cigar size and bundle quantity have changed since Dr. Fadem's review, and price listed is Privada's sale price). Other Privada cigars such as their Cafeteria blend are also value-priced, and links to a few others are listed at the bottom of Dr. Fadem's Review of Privada Cafeteria Cigars.
Corona Nicaraguan 10th Anniversary Connecticut Robusto (5 x 50) $4 average price when purchased in a box of 20. This was the featured cigar on FishBones Happy Hour Menu in Lake Mary, and can be purchased online from the Corona Cigar Company in various sizes and choice of wrappers for the same price (single sticks are sold for $7).
Mr. B Lonsdale (6 x 43) $1.75 average price in bundles of 20. Nicaraguan fillers in an Ecuadorian wrapper. At a price of less than a dollar, this was the cheapest budget cigar on my list of cheap cigars two decades ago. For less than $2 as of January 2026, it is still worth a try today.
