Veteran Cigar Bloggers
Some Gone But Not Forgotten

The “Golden Age” of cigar bloggers may have peaked about 20 years ago, during the mid-2000's. The internet took off during the late 1990's, but really exploded a few years later after broadband became widely available. Everybody and their cigar-smoking brother wanted to spread the word on the worldwide web about the joys of smoking premium handmade cigars. More Vintage Cigar Websites

There are a number of existing cigar blogs that have been around for a number of years, and still have the same web address and are run by their original blogger(s). Sorry, we can't try to list them all without inadvertently leaving some of them out. In addition, some blogs by cigar retailers, magazines, radio personalities and others have also been around since Al Gore invented the internet. But like the cigar industry itself, it's the small independent bloggers that have captured the hearts and souls of the cigar-smoking public.

Note: In this review of vintage cigar blogs, we have not included any of the new breed of "cigar influencers" who now use various social media platforms but do not manage their own website nor own a domain name. This group could include some veteran cigar bloggers who no longer manage a website after embracing more trendy technologies.
